 Here is the Long term plan....


The number of children facing this problem is a staggering sum, here and in Mexico. The children are born here and never get the proper documents. Because the parents are not legal here so these children face a very uncertain future if parents are deported. 

 

 

 

  

 

The Need for this program to all children from both sides of the border . We need to help and we need you to help us help the children…!

And if the children do go back with U.S document to live in Mexico, they are look down upon in the schools there because they are not from Mexico.

When the child gets through the sixth grade the parents must pay for the children to get more schooling.

So, many are forced to go to work and forfeit the education they need to better themselves. This goes on in the life of the child until they reach the age of eighteen.  Then they may choose to cross back over into the US and forced into lower income jobs, if they can find work at all. 

That is why we choose to offer a place for these children to live and attend school in the country of their birth. Just like many of us whose parents came from other countries, these children are now able to become an asset to the country of their birth.

President Clinton’s wife said “it takes a village to raise a child”, well you can be that village and you can be a part of that village and help these children reach for the “American Dream”.  The plan that was ordained by God before time began.

Now the word of the Lord came to me, saying, “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you; I appointed you a prophet to the nations.”

 

How are we working to make a change?

We are willing to care for these children and act as their guardian, till they finish school.  Maybe grow children that will be an asset to this the country of their birth.

So how do you help?

We will need to update the Bunkhouse and build a dining hall, the new dining hall will offer a place eat, share family time, learn English, and address problems as these children learn how to live in their country.

If this grows in the way we have seen in the few months we have been doing this we will need more housing and possibly a school building for the children that aren't ready for the speed at which the local Schools are working.   

We are also in need of a small bus they call a people mover.
